Job summary

Arista Advanced Pet Care in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Experience Concierge to greet clients, assist during appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups while ensuring a warm, efficient visit. You will work with the Care Navigation Team to streamline communication, keep families informed, and maintain a comfortable hospital lobby.

The role requires customer service experience, in-person availability nights/weekends/holidays, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary general practice preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Must be 18+ years old at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Focus on guest experience in hospital lobby, exam rooms, or during visitation.
• Collaborate with Care Navigation Team to ensure a streamlined, well-organized experience for each client and their pet.
• Manage the flow of basic communication to keep hospital teams informed and coordinated.
• Be the friendly and professional face of the Arista hospital.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and exam room environment.
