Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to juggle phones, customers, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs and provide friendly service.
• Answer phones with a smile and multitask effectively.
• Tour new clients through the facility and explain services.
• Ensure accurate check-ins/check-outs and assist with payments.
• Handle cash and balance the end-of-day drawer.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
