Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort. You’ll be the friendly face, answer phones, greet pet parents, tour new clients, and sell services. You’ll keep vaccinations on file and help with check-ins and check-outs.

This role requires being on your feet, lifting up to 40 lbs, and availability evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior customer service or retail experience preferred; strong communication and multi-line phone skills are a must.

Qualifications

• People-person who enjoys working with pets and customers.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones with a smile, and assist clients throughout their visit.
• Tour new clients, promote services, and ensure vaccines are on file for safety.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, balance cash at day end, and provide friendly, professional service.
