Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Puppywood Pet Resort. You will welcome pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and tour new clients while promoting the services that keep tails wagging.

We value strong communication, 1+ year of customer service experience, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with professionalism. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their VIPs at the front desk.
• Answer phones with a friendly voice and multitask.
• Tour new clients through the facility and promote services.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records for safety.
• Process check-ins/outs and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.
