Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and VIPs like a 5-star resort experience (with pet care).
• Answering phones and multitasking with a friendly voice.
• Touring new clients through the facility and promoting services.
• Ensuring lobby is clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Handling check-ins/check-outs and cash/payments.
• Support other team members as needed.
