Job summary

Destination Pet is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Pet Palace Fishers in Indiana. This part-time role welcomes pet parents, answers calls, tours facilities, and promotes services to keep tails wagging.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn tips. A high school diploma and 1+ year customer service experience are preferred; must lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Solid communication across phone, in-person, email and chat.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and VIPs in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones, multitask, and schedule tours or services.
• Tour facilities, promote services, and ensure vaccines on file.
• Check-in/check-out guests, handle payments and cash drawer.
• Address complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pets to and from enclosures; maintain lobby cleanliness.
• Support teammates as needed and perform other duties.
