Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced pet care environment. You will welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs, answer phones, and guide visits with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include multitasking, scheduling tours, upselling services, and ensuring safety with up-to-date vaccines on file. Prior customer service experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• You’re a people-person and a pet-person.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Solid communication across phone, in-person, and email channels.
• Multiline phones and computer systems should be familiar to you.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services that keep tails wagging.
• Maintaining up-to-date vaccination records on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs and balancing the cash drawer.
