Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and tour guests through the facility. You will promote services and maintain vaccine records while delivering a warm, professional experience.

Responsibilities include handling check-ins/check-outs, cash handling, and assisting teammates to ensure a smooth guest experience. Evening/weekend availability is required, with a friendly, dog-loving attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, email.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs like they just walked into a 5-star resort.
• Answering phones with a smile and multitasking efficiently.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file and safety is prioritized.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs with a personal touch and accuracy.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort guests to enclosures with care and professionalism.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Jumping in to support team members as needed.
