Job summary

Destination Pet is hiring a Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome pet families, manage multi-line phones, and assist with daily operations at Camp Wagging Tails. The role requires the ability to juggle tasks, engage with clients and their pets, and support a busy front desk environment.

You will help promote services, ensure records are up to date, and balance transactions while delivering an exceptional guest experience for every family and pet that visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Multiline phones and computer systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and their VIPs in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Answer calls and multitask with a smile.
• Tour new clients and promote services to keep tails wagging.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records for safety.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and care.
• Handle cash, cards, and balance the end-of-day drawer.
