Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their pets warmly like a VIP experience.
• Answer phones with a smile and multitask efficiently.
• Tour new clients through the facility and promote services that keep tails wagging.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records on file for safety.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and cash handling at day’s end.
