Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets, providing friendly, efficient service.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries.
• Tour facility and promote services to new clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lobby and public areas.
• Handle cash, cards, and end-of-day cash-out.
