Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Ability to operate multi-line phones and basic computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome pet parents and their furry guests, providing a friendly front-desk presence.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries and bookings.
• Tour new clients through the facility and sell applicable services.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety and compliance.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.
• Handle cash and card transactions and balance the end-of-day drawer.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pets to and from enclosures with care and attention.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and assist teammates as needed.
