Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their VIPs with a welcoming, friendly attitude.
• Answer phones and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tour clients through the facility and promote services.
• Maintain vaccination records and safety protocols.
• Check-in and check-out customers; handle payments.
• Address complaints with patience and professionalism.
