Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, courteous service; welcome clients and pets and educate them about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet histories, and scheduling; dispense prescriptions per vet's instructions.
• Handle financial transactions, closing procedures, and invoices; support schedules.
