You will engage with clients, educate them on preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans, and help coordinate appointments and transactions.

The role emphasizes welcoming clients and pets, delivering accurate information, and maintaining smooth operations to support a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients/pets for efficient care.
• Encourage wellness visits and educate clients on pet health and OWPs.
• Complete client documentation and enter pet information accurately.
• Provide instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and schedule future visits.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
