Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, promote hospital services, and educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate data entry, and coordinating appointments in a busy veterinary setting.

The successful candidate will multi-task across front-desk duties, billing and scheduling while upholding the Five Principles of Banfield and delivering a welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form with clear communication.
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills for a veterinary setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with computer systems and hospital software.
• Willingness to learn about wellness plans and hospital services.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote services and route clients to support team objectives.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
• Gather and enter pet information and history accurately in the system.
• Provide instructions, invoices and scheduling for appointments.
