Job summary

VCA Half Moon Bay Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. The CSR is the face of the practice, setting the tone for patient and client care and coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth visit for every pet.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and escorting clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Making follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
• Educating clients on general animal care and non-medical pet care
• Managing electronic medical records, reports and correspondence
