VCA Half Moon Bay Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. The CSR is the face of the practice, setting the tone for patient and client care and coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth visit for every pet.

We offer competitive pay of $22.00–$28.00/hr DOE along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, paid vacation for full-time employees, a 401(k) plan, and personal pet care discounts.

Position: Client Service Representative Location: VCA Half Moon Bay Animal Hospital 645 Correas St. Half Moon Bay, Ca 94019 We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. Why We Need You As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering phones, and showing clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Making follow‑up calls and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
• Recommending and helping clients select products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non‑medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)
• Answering questions about products and services,
• Managing electronic medical records, reports and correspondence

BENEFITS:
