VCA San Carlos Animal Hospital in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet visitors, manage appointments, process payments, and educate clients on pet care. The CSR collaborates with the team to provide outstanding patient and client experiences in a modern hospital setting.

The role requires strong communication, compassion for pets and people, and the ability to handle non-medical pet care guidance.

Competenze

At least one year of proven past experience helping customers.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Compassion for pets and people, awareness of reactions.

Mansioni

Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients.
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
Answering questions regarding products and services, including non-medical pet care.
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
Hospital maintenance and ensuring the facility is neat and clean.
