Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, maximize the veterinary team’s productivity, and maintain excellent client communication in a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes educating clients on wellness plans, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations, with opportunities for growth in a team-focused setting.

• Must have excellent English communication in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients/patents to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pet visits by maintaining a productive, efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service; educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information in the system.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
