Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in West Palm Beach to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming experience. You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, process registrations, invoices, and scheduling, while maintaining financial accuracy and hospital efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service in a fast-paced animal healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy clinical setting.
• Strong client service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients/pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pet visits by maintaining a well-run hospital for wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling of appointments.
• Assist with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and product sales.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
