The role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork with veterinary staff, and proactive client engagement to support wellness plans and preventive care across our hospital network.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients and route clients and pets for efficient flow.
• Maximize hospital productivity by coordinating client/pet care.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients on wellness plans and services.
• Assist with documentation, pet records, and invoices.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and financial balances.
• Schedule appointments and process prescriptions and retail items.
