Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator in Texas to manage client flow and support the veterinary team. You will ensure welcoming service, educate clients on pet health, and promote preventive care while coordinating appointments and records.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and spoken with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Organizational ability and systematic work approach.
• Client service skills and ability to deliver attentive, courteous service.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through productive workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail products and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
