Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles.
• Recruit new clients and route flow of clients and pets for productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the system.
• Provide instructions, invoices, and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
