Job summary

The CSC will educate clients about preventative care, assist with appointments, and support the financial and administrative tasks that keep the hospital running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background or veterinary exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote services and educate clients about wellness plans.
• Provide attentive, courteous service and accurate documentation.
• Handle invoices, payments, and scheduling with accuracy and empathy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk operations.
