WellHaven Pet Health seeks a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact, converting calls into scheduled appointments and ensuring every client feels welcome. This onsite role supports the veterinary team and reinforces our patient-centered care model.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of customer service experience, comfort with basic computer systems, and a willingness to learn about our Care Companion Plans. Flexibility for shifts and physical tasks is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with computers (typing, email, other software).
• Veterinary experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments.
• Greet clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Manage client calls to maximize appointment conversions.
• Promote Care Companion Plans during calls.
• Perform cashier duties and reconcile cash drawer.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with veterinary team to streamline patient flow.
• Ensure reception area is clean and inviting.
• Handle intake and discharge processes.
