Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience with computers (typing, email, other software).
• Veterinary experience a plus, but not required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and ability to convert calls into appointments.

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule each day by converting calls to scheduled appointments.
• Greet clients warmly and manage incoming calls to optimize clinic access.
• Promote the practice’s Care Companion Plans and preventive care options.
• Perform weekly proactive reminder calls for clients due for services.
• Handle receptionist duties including patient intake and cashier duties.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and ensure smooth call-to-appointment transitions.
• Ensure reception area is clean and inviting.
