Job summary

WellHaven Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments while providing friendly, empathetic client service. You will manage bookings, educate clients, and support vet team flow at our Minnesota hospital.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, strong typing and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work includes weekend/evening shifts and a safe, welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with computers (typing, email, scheduling software) required.
• Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule each day by converting calls into appointments.
• Greet clients warmly when they call or arrive to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maximize call conversions by addressing client needs and booking appointments.
