Job summary

Wellhaven Pet Health seeks a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will convert calls into appointments, educate clients, and support scheduling to ensure patients receive timely care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preference for front desk or call center in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of experience working with computers (typing, email, other software).

Responsibilities

• Fill the client schedule each day by converting calls to appointments.
• Greet clients positively and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming calls to maximize appointment conversions and service availability.
• Handle cashier duties and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and document interactions for smooth transitions from calls to visits.
• Support the veterinary team to improve client flow and overall satisfaction.
