Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and empathy with clients.
• Proficient with computers and basic software (MS Office, email).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Fill the daily client schedule by converting calls to appointments.
• Greet clients and patients warmly and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming calls, address client needs, and schedule appointments.
• Promote Care Companion Plans and preventive care options during calls.
• Perform cashier duties and reconcile daily cash drawer.
