Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals in Spokane is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow and support the veterinary team with a friendly, efficient service approach.

You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and services, enter patient information, assist with invoices and scheduling, and help maintain accurate records while keeping the hospital welcoming for every visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route client and pet flow for efficient care.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Enter pet information and history in the computer; use proper identification.
• Assist with prescriptions, retail items, and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and hospital finances.
