Banfield Pet Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, support the veterinary team, and deliver a welcoming, efficient front-desk experience. You will recruit new clients, explain Optimum Wellness Plans, manage pet records, process invoices, dispense items per veterinarians' instructions, and schedule future appointments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in client service in a hospital or clinic is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to support team productivity.
• Promote hospital services and guide clients to ensure excellent care.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and available services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, invoices and scheduling.
• Process prescriptions and retail items as directed by veterinarians.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and basic finances.
• Provide professional, efficient and friendly service at all times.
