Banfield Pet Hospital in Brandon, FL seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, maximize the veterinary team's productivity, and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment. You will educate clients on wellness plans, complete documentation, and coordinate appointments and invoices.

In this role, you will ensure top-notch client service, handle front-d desk operations, and support the hospital team with accurate record-keeping and courteous communications.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive, efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and pets and educate about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, enter pet information and history, and ensure prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, dispensing medications per vet, selling retail products and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
