Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the friendly first point of contact for clients in our veterinary clinics. You will help with check-ins, appointment scheduling, and coordinating patient care with the team to ensure a smooth experience for pets and their families.

You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and support veterinarians and staff by delivering outstanding service and empathetic communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• At least 1 year of working in the veterinary field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate with team for discharge information.
• Prioritize schedule, educate clients on vaccines, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients, assist with check-in and communicate delays as needed.
