Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and bookings, and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, and boarding.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments and client education to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome clients, manage delays, and support staff during client visits.
