CityVet is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm and professional experience whether by phone or in person. You will help manage appointments, greet clients, and support the clinic team to keep workflows smooth and welcoming.

The role emphasizes placing client needs at the center of the visit, building loyalty as a brand ambassador, and contributing to a friendly, pet-friendly clinic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate with the team for discharge information (grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail).
• Communicate and prioritize appointments, educate clients, and triage lobby needs to ensure an efficient daily schedule.
