Job summary

CityVet Midtown is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, whether by phone or in person, ensuring a friendly and efficient visit and building loyal brand ambassadors.

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) role focuses on welcoming clients, managing check-ins, coordinating bookings, and supporting the team with lobby triage and client education. 18+ years of age is required for hire.

Qualifications

• Manage appointment check-ins and bookings.
• Greet and assist clients entering the clinic.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail.
• Understand and prioritize scheduled appointments, educate clients and triage lobby needs for vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail services.
• Greet and welcome clients, check patients in, communicate delays, care for clients during waits and alert staff of arrivals.
