You will help manage appointments, educate clients, and support the team to ensure efficient daily workflows.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage appointments and greet clients professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage appointment check-ins and bookings for grooming, clinics, walk-ins, and other services.
• Prioritize appointments and communicate vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Greet clients, check in patients, inform about delays, and assist during wait times.
