Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Seal Beach is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to Manage client and pet flow, promote hospital services and ensure a welcoming experience. You will educate clients on wellness plans and preventive care while supporting the veterinary team’s productivity.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience with strong customer service; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and some medical terminology training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ years old to perform radiography duties.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with veterinary/medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and enter pet information and history in the computer.
• Provide invoices, dispense prescription items, sell retail products and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
