Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Assist with documentation, pet history entry, and scheduling of appointments.
• Maintain finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
