Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow within a general practice hospital. The role focuses on maximizing productivity of the veterinary medical team, coordinating care, and delivering friendly, informative service to clients and patients.

The CSC will educate clients on preventative care, Paw Plans, and hospital services while assisting with appointments, invoices, and retail product sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year related experience preferred (customer service).
• Medical background in veterinary/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients and route flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen by the hospital team through a well-run operation.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Paw Plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and identification at intake.
