Job summary

VCA Premier Animal Hospital & Pet Resort - Cedar Park is seeking a Client Service Representative to warmly welcome clients, manage phone inquiries, book appointments, and clearly explain services and pricing. You will process payments, maintain records, and educate pet owners on preventive care in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (vet/medical preferred)
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced or emotional environments
• Comfort with computers and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Greet clients & ensure smooth check-in to checkout
• Answer phones, assist with appointments
• Explain services, recommendations, and fees clearly
• Process payments, maintain records, and manage communications
• Educate pet owners on services, products, and preventive care
• Follow up with clients and prospective pet parents
