Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and manage high client flow in a veterinary setting.
• Experience in customer service within a clinic or hospital is preferred.
• Comfortable using computer systems to enter pet information and process transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Provide excellent, friendly service and educate clients about services.
• Assist with documentation, invoicing, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Support the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate opening/closing procedures and basic administrative tasks.
