Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks without loss of accuracy.
• Experience in customer service; veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional service and educate clients about wellness plans.
• Enter pet information and keep records up to date.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and finances.
