Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity and client care.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times to clients and pets.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist with client check-in/out, enter pet information, and maintain records accurately.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian’s instructions and schedule follow-ups.
• Manage finances with accurate opening and closing procedures and reconcile balances.
