The role emphasizes strong English communication, multitasking, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced medical environment. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or healthcare/hospitality helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize team productivity.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients on wellness plans.
• Provide welcoming, professional service and ensure client comfort.
• Assist with documentation, scheduling, and handling invoices.
• Support routine administrative and financial tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
