Banfield Pet Hospital in Memphis is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a high-performing veterinary team, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

You will educate clients on wellness plans, manage intake and documentation, and assist with prescriptions, retail sales, and appointments while maintaining accurate records and smooth front-desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route client flow to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and invoicing; schedule visits.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions and sell retail items.
• Manage finances using proper opening/closing procedures and records.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed and support the team.
