Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize team productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient, exceptional service at all times and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with documentation, entering pet information, and scheduling appointments.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and retail sales under veterinarian instructions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and routine administrative tasks.
