Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital and maximize the veterinary team’s productivity. You will welcome clients, educate them on pet health, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will manage documentation, scheduling, invoices, and product sales while maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to assignments.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Comfortable using computers and specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cycle of service for the veterinary team and promote hospital services.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment.
• Provide professional, courteous service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and retail product sales.
• Maintain financial records and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
