National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a Client Services (Hospital) Coordinator to expedite medical and clerical support for a busy 24-hour animal hospital with 12 doctors and 80 staff. The role bridges reception and medical teams, handling appointments, referrals, and patient care coordination in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have veterinary experience as a technician or assistant and receptionist exposure.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of hospital organization and standard procedures.
• Preferably years of veterinary medical experience as a technician or veterinary assistant.
• Reception experience is helpful; acts as a bridge between reception and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate the flow of regular and standby appointments.
• Manage nurse advice line and assist Drs with screenings and referrals.
• Direct technicians and doctors to keep the schedule on time.
• Maintain up-to-date appointment and standby boards and records.
